The Business in the Global Market Certificate Program is designed to better prepare students for entry into an increasingly globalized workplace by developing an understanding of the culture and customs of a selected region of the world through language study, study abroad experience, and associated coursework.

The program will help develop students’ critical thinking and contextual skills by encouraging students to study and see first-hand how their selected concentration contributes to the global economy. The program is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in business and who have a strong interest in working abroad. Students will select one concentration area from Asia and Oceania, Africa and the Middle-East, Europe, or Central and South America.
