The Leadership Certificate is a rigorous, cumulative, cohort-based, three-year leadership development program for undergraduate students. Students focus on personal leadership, people leadership, and strategic leadership. During this program, students are exposed to seasoned leaders from business and industry and create their own personal development plans. The Leadership Institute program is a platform for cultivating future leaders who will develop resiliency, inner strength, strategic thinking and collaborative spirit.
