Curriculum and Courses

All courses include practical application and instruction with school-age children. This program includes 1.5-2.5 years of education and content coursework.

The Master of Arts in Teaching will help you obtain a teaching license so you can teach grades 7 through 12 in the areas of English/language arts, mathematics, science, or social studies; or teach foreign languages in grades pre-K through 12.

  • Program Admission Requirements for EDT:
    – Essay
    – Resume
    – GRE (MAT applicants only)
    – TOEFL (if English is not your native language)
    – Two recommendations
