Open to all eligible students interested in business leadership development and not currently in the Farmer School of Business.
The Business Leadership Co-major integrates core business knowledge with specialized training in ethical leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational change management.
In today’s business world, organizations need interdisciplinary leaders who pair strong business fundamentals with advanced leadership capabilities.

Open to students of all majors who are interested in leadership development, The William Isaac and Michael Oxley Center for Business Leadership prepares future leaders through innovative programming that develops graduates ready to guide top organizations.

Admission Requirements
For a non-FSB student to be admitted to pursue the Business Leadership co-major, the student must first declare the Business minor and submit an application to the Department of Management when they have met all of the following requirements:
- Earned credit for MGT 291
- A minimum of 6 credits of Business Minor courses completed at Miami University from the following options:
- ECO 201 or 202
- ACC 221 or ACC 222
- MGT 295
- FIN 301
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 in the Business minor courses completed at Miami University
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.4 in courses completed at Miami University
- No academic integrity violations while at Miami University
