Explore the Business of Hospitality
Gain a comprehensive introduction to the dynamic hospitality industry through coursework in food and beverage management, customer experience, cost control, sanitation and safety, and event planning. This 18-credit-hour minor prepares students with practical skills applicable across hotels, restaurants, tourism, events, and service-focused organizations.
Eligibility
Commerce majors may not declare Commerce minors. Offered both online and on the Hamilton campus.
