Enhance your Writing for the AI-augmented Workplace

To help prepare for success in all professional fields, this program critically examines how artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies influence communication and communication networks. You will learn how to leverage assistive AI technologies throughout the composing process, including for multi-mediated and team-based composing, while also applying ethical frameworks to ensure responsible usage. Through hands-on projects, you will research and write a variety of workplace communications and conduct user experience (UX), rhetorical, and data-driven research to better understand modern audiences. By the end of the program, you’ll be able to design and deliver professional written, oral, and multimedia communications tailored to diverse audiences and complex rhetorical situations.
