Build a Strong Foundation in Database Management
Students who earn an Introduction to Database Management Microcredential develop a solid understanding of database management, including database design and implementation.
Transferable skills gained include using technology in business, data integrity implementation, and SQL techniques. Introduction to Database Management is a SQL Queries Ohio TechCred eligible program.
This is a stackable Microcredential; to earn this credential, the Introduction to Database Management Pathway must be successfully completed with a C- or higher, which includes the following courses:
- CIT 168 – IT Tools & Techniques (4)
- CIT 214 – Database Design & Development (3)
- CIT 348 – Info Management & Retrieval (3)
- STA 261 – Statistics (4)
These courses are online asynchronous; there are no requirements to come to campus.
