Prepare for Medical Careers
The Medical Laboratory Science, B.S., provides the skills to an ever-broadening range of complex laboratory diagnostic and research activities.
Graduates may opt to be a general medical lab scientist or specialize in fields like hematology, clinical chemistry, toxicology, bacteriology, parasitology, and immunology.

Curriculum and Courses
This program includes an interdisciplinary blend of classes in chemistry, microbiology, and zoology. The required courses include general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, general biology, general microbiology, molecular biology, mathematics/statistics, and completion of a foreign language at second-year level.
