Empowering Healthy Choices
The Nutrition minor provides an understanding of food and nutrients and includes specialized courses in pediatric and community nutrition and nutrition for the aging. It complements majors in health-related professional and pre-professional programs. (20 semester hours)
Eligibility
A minimum 2.0 GPA is required for all courses in this minor. Courses must be taken for a grade (not credit/no-credit). Students planning to take this minor should consult with the departmental adviser. This minor is open to all university students.
