The Online Microcredential in Organizational Leadership offers basic assistance in developing a business plan and applying theory and reality-based leadership skills.

After completion, students will also demonstrate the development of personal skills vital to organizational leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills.

This is a stackable Microcredential; to earn this credential, the Organizational Leadership Pathway must be successfully completed with a C- or higher, which includes the following courses:

CMR 301 – Personal Organizational Skills (3)
CMR 302 – Financial Info for Managers (3)
CMR 401 – Leadership Decision Skills (4)

These courses are online asynchronous; there are no requirements to come to campus.
