Students who earn a Microcredential in Preparing Emerging Managers will be knowledgeable in practical business principles and be prepared to demonstrate proficiency in a new management role.

Transferable skills gained include time management, critical thinking, administration and management, and basic insight into finance, including evaluation of financial statements.

This is a stackable Microcredential; to earn this credential, the Preparing Emerging Managers Pathway must be successfully completed with a C- or higher, which includes the following courses:

• CMR 111 – Introduction to Management I (3)
• CMR 301 – Personal Organizational Skills (3)
• CMR 302 – Financial Info for Managers (3)

These courses are online asynchronous; there are no requirements to come to campus.
