Design the Future with Programmable Logic Devices
Upon completing a Microcredential in Programmable Logic Devices, students will develop crucial skills for designing and implementing intricate digital systems utilizing programmable logic devices (PLDs). This program provides hands-on experience in programming, configuring, and troubleshooting a diverse range of PLDs, enabling students to enhance the reliability and performance of these essential components.
This is a stackable Microcredential; to earn this credential, the Programmable Logic Devices Pathway must be successfully completed with a C- or higher, which includes the following courses:
- CSE 163 – Introduction to Computer Concepts and Programming (3)
- ENT 192 – Circuit Analysis I (3)
- ENT 293 – Digital Systems (3)
These courses are hybrid synchronous with some required on-campus meetings, virtual meetings, and online coursework.
