Students who earn a Microcredential in Sales and Customer Satisfaction will be ready to apply basic competency and strategies in marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction; students will also be able to demonstrate quality customer service.
After completion, students will also demonstrate skills in the delivery of service, building trust in sales transactions, critical thinking regarding meeting customer needs, and an understanding of global customer service (including outsourcing).
This is a stackable Microcredential; to earn this credential, the Sales and Customer Satisfaction Pathway must be successfully completed with a C- or higher, which includes the following courses:
- CMR 105 – Introduction to Marketing (3)
- CMR 261 – Customer Service and Satisfaction (3)
- CMR 263 – Sales and Promotion (3)
These courses are online asynchronous; there are no requirements to come to campus.
