Learn How To Manage the Business of Sport

The Minor in Sport Management is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills in sport economics, sport marketing, and sport advertising.

This minor is for students interested in administrative or managerial positions in sport at various levels (from youth to elite sport) and in various contexts (from community recreational to professional sport). (18 semester hours)

Eligibility

The minor is open to all university students. Students majoring in Sport Leadership and Management with a concentration in sport management are NOT eligible for a sport management minor. Students planning to take this minor should consult with the departmental advisor.
