Liberal Studies majors will choose two Cognate areas. The Cognate that the student chooses for Cognate 1, which has a greater number of hours than Cognate 2, will determine whether the student pursues a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Students will take classes in-person at Hamilton and Middletown.
Curriculum and Courses
Students have the opportunity and flexibility to design their own degree program. Online, on-site, and hybrid learning options are available.

- LST 402 Capstone in Liberal Studies
The Liberal Studies degree is designed to provide students the opportunity for degree completion, moving them toward their educational and career goals, while providing them essential skills highly desired by employers.
