The program strengthens students’ knowledge of building systems, project management, material properties, and construction methods. Construction Management Curriculum and Courses

Students in the Construction Management minor complete at least 15 credit hours. These credit hours include the following courses:

• ARC 417 Architectural Materials 1
• ARC 418 Construction Methods
• CEC 325 Introduction to Construction Management
• EGM 411 Leading and Managing Projects
• ARC 410 Statics and Strengths of Materials OR MME 312 Mechanics of Materials
