Work with Electronics and Control Systems
The Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology associate degree is a hands-on, two-year program that prepares you for careers in electronics, control systems, and modern technology. You’ll build a strong foundation in circuits, digital systems, and embedded technologies while working with tools used in today’s industry.
As you progress, you’ll work with microcontrollers, PLCs, and control systems, gaining experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and real-world applications.

Early College Academy
Through the Early College Academy, you can complete the majority of an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology while still in high school. In most cases, you’ll complete your degree with just one year of college coursework after high school.
Continue Your Education
This program connects directly into Miami University’s Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. After completing your associate degree, you can continue into the Electrical, Computer & Robotics concentration to focus on robotics, control systems, and intelligent technologies.

The Associate of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for Electrical/Electronic(s) Engineering Technology and Similarly Named Programs and Program Criteria for Computer Engineering Technology and Similarly Named Programs.
