Advocate for Society
The Social Work, B.S., major provides a professional foundation in social work values and ethics, diversity, social and economic justice, populations-at-risk, human behavior, and the social environment, social welfare policy and services, social work practice skills, social work research, and field experience in an agency setting.
The program places a strong emphasis on developing knowledge and skills to work with diverse families.
