Curriculum and Courses
The Hospitality Management major draws courses from a variety of disciplines to prepare students to work in hospitality management as well as other organizations in managerial and staff capacities. Students gain an in-depth understanding of industry best practices, special event planning, sanitation and safety principles, and customer service satisfaction.
