The Hospitality Management major emphasizes daily business operations, administration, human resources, marketing, and financial management within the hospitality industry. Curriculum and Courses
The Hospitality Management major draws courses from a variety of disciplines to prepare students to work in hospitality management as well as other organizations in managerial and staff capacities. Students gain an in-depth understanding of industry best practices, special event planning, sanitation and safety principles, and customer service satisfaction.

Graduates are prepared for roles within hospitality management such as: hiring and training personnel, monitoring cash flow, planning large-scale events, in addition to maintaining and building sustained vendor and guest relationships.
