Decode Food System Impacts
The Food Systems and Food Studies co-major examines food and the complex path food follows from farm to fork.
You will combine courses on the fundamentals of agricultural ecology; food, nutrition, and health; and food, society, and culture; with real-world experiences, to develop an understanding of food from a biological, economic, political, cultural, and environmental perspective
Curriculum and Courses
The Food Systems and Food Studies co-major is designed to complement a primary major, which provides significant depth and breadth in an academic discipline. Components of the curriculum are divided into foundational courses, interdisciplinary electives, and an internship.
