The Real Estate minor teaches theoretical and practical aspects of real estate, including development, investment, financing, and management. The general objectives are to teach the principles of real estate, to explain unique aspects of real estate as an asset class for ownership and investment, and to prepare you for future responsibilities in real estate. (18 semester hours)
